1. Tim Samuel Design Pty Ltd (ACN 602 601 730) (“we”, “us” and “our”) respects your personal information and is committed to protecting your privacy.
2. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information we collect from you when you buy a product or service from us (“Transaction”) or otherwise use our Website.
3. We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy as per our business requirements or if the law changes. We will display a notice on our Website indicating when any such revisions have been made. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 15 May 2020.

H Access and correction of your personal information

Before we provide you with access to your personal information should you directly request us to do so, we will require some proof of identity to our reasonable satisfaction. For most requests, your information will be provided free of charge, however, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request requires a substantial effort on our part.
23. If we refuse to provide you with access to the information, we will provide you with reasons for the refusal and inform you of any exceptions relied upon under the APPs (unless it would be unreasonable to do so).
24. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date whenever we collect or use it. If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant or out-of-date, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to either correct this information, or if necessary, discuss alternative action with you.

26. The steps taken to protect personal information when you make a Transaction include, notwithstanding this is performed through any third party provider of the Website to our knowledge includes:
(a) using a secure server system that encrypts your order information;
(b) password protecting your order information on our systems; and
(c) protecting and/or deleting your payment method data from the secure server once an order is processed (subject to the third party Website providers policies).
27. While we take care to maintain the confidence and security of personal information we cannot guarantee the security of information that you disclose online. Any information disclosed by you is at your own risk.
28. You can help maintain security by keeping your password safe and not making it available to other people.
