Creating the perfect landscape and outdoor living space for your home can be an arduous task – where to begin? Our process is simple and our team has the skill and expertise to create the space of your dreams, blending plenty of concepts to create the perfect one for you and for your lifestyle.
Consultation
Our initial consultation is based around the ability to discuss your site constraints and opportunities, conceptual ideas, budget, wishes and needs, materials and plants, council approval if required, timelines and estimates. We can also advise you on water harvesting and irrigation, horticultural and arboriculture including tree reports.
Design & Concept Plans
We will provide a landscape master plan which includes planting and lighting plans. We can also provide 3D landscape, garden and swimming pool designs, including specifications plus material and finishes selection.
Council Approval Process
We look after basic landscape plans to obtain development application (DA), construction and occupational certificates, Statement of Environmental Effects, BASIX Certificates, Site Coverage Calculations, Tree Reports, representation and negotiation at Council. We will take care of the whole process, from the initial survey through to dealing with various consultants. In all our projects, we will engage the certifier, surveyor and engineer and work with them to make the process easier for you.
Construction
We offer full a construction/build service which includes contract administration, project management, material and finishes supply and plant supply.

With almost 20 years experience in the profession, Tim Samuel has both the extensive understanding and technical knowledge to assist with expert witness and testimony in his area of expertise. You can confidently rely on Tim’s experience and expertise in the complex areas of swimming pool and landscape design, construction and management.
